If the SEO company is promising you\u2019ll see results within a short period of time, they\u2019re not up to par.<\/li>\n<li>They lack references.<br \/>\nIt\u2019s important to put your SEO in the hands of a trustworthy company, which is why you should always ask for references and contact those references. If a company does not provide you with references, they\u2019re not up to par.<\/li>\n<li>They threaten you.<br \/>\nIf a company threatens to sabotage your site or ranking if you don\u2019t comply with their demands, walk away.
